90-Minute Straetgy Session

A working video call (not a getting-to-know-you chat). We cover your organization, your audience, your goals, your current digital presence, and what a successful outcome looks like for you. I come prepared. You leave with momentum.

Written Site Strategy Brief

Delivered within 5 business days of our session. This document covers your positioning, primary audience, content priorities, recommended page architecture, and tone of voice direction. It's written to be used: in a full build, in a grant narrative, in a conversation with your board.

Package Recommendation

A clear, honest recommendation for next steps, including which web package fits your needs, whether you're ready to build now, and what to prioritize if you're not. If none of my packages are the right fit, I'll tell you that too.

Priority Scheduling

Session clients receive priority access when booking any subsequent project. No waiting list or starting from scratch.

No, you don't have to hire me after this.

The Strategy Alignment Session is a complete, standalone engagement. The brief you receive is yours to use however you choose, with whomever you choose.

If you decide to continue with ONYX Design Studio, the $750 is credited toward your project investment within 60 days. If you take the brief elsewhere, or decide the timing isn't right, that's a legitimate outcome. The session is designed to give you clarity, not to create obligation.

What it's not: a free consultation in disguise. It's a professional service with a real deliverable. That's why it has a price.

The Process

Simple By Design

Book

Select a time that works for you. You'll receive a short pre-session questionnaire to gather basic context about your organization and goals so we don't spend our 90 minutes on introductions.

Session

We meet via video call. I lead the conversation with intent, covering positioning, audience, digital goals, and current blockers. This is a working session, not a presentation.

03.

Brief

Within 5 business days, you receive your written Site Strategy Brief formatted, clear, and ready to use.

04.

Decide

You choose what comes next. Continue with a web package (credit applied), take the brief elsewhere, or sit on it until the timing is right. No pressure. No follow-up cadence.
