You've done the work, now your website needs to lift

A strategy-led, custom-designed web build for organizations with real traction, and a digital presence that hasn't caught up yet.
  • Starting at $6,500
  • Scoped at proposal
You're not starting from scratch. You have clients, programs, a track record, maybe even a following. The problem isn't that you don't have a website. It's that your website doesn't reflect the organization you've actually become.
Visitors land on your site and get a version of you from two years ago. Funders see a homepage that undersells your impact. Partners can't figure out what you actually do. You cringe when you send people there.
That's not a design problem. That's a positioning problem wearing a design problem's clothes. And that's exactly what the Credibility Launch is built to fix.

This makes sense for your Organization if:

Your organization has evolved beyond your current website.

You've put in work. You've grown, refined your offer, added programs, clarified your audience... none of which is visible online. The Credbility Launch rebuilds from your current reality, not your founding pitch.

Your audience includes people who will judge you on first impression.

Funders, institutional partners, high-value clients, media — people who will make a decision about you before you ever speak. Positioning matters. Your site needs to earn that first impression without you in the room.

You want original design, not a polished template.

You've seen enough websites built on the same three layouts. Your organization has a distinct voice, a distinct mission, and a distinct visual identity. The build should reflect that squarely, not approximate it.

More Than More Pages

The Digital Baseline gets you visible. The Credbility Launch gets you competitive.

The difference isn't the page count; It's the layer of strategic thinking that shapes every decision: what goes above the fold, how your services are sequenced, what a visitor needs to feel by the time they reach your contact form. That thinking is baked into this engagement from day one.
You also get original visual design. Using Figma, I design key pages before writing a line of code — custom graphics, original visual frameworks, and branded elements built specifically for your organization. Not a theme. Not a template with your colors swapped in. Something that's actually yours.
CREDIBILITY LAUNCH / THE DELIVERABLES

What you get and what each piece does.

Every web design-development engagement is scoped to outcomes. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it ends.

Strategy & Discovery

Strategy Alignment Session

(90 - 120 minutes)
A working session — not an intake form. We cover your positioning, primary audience, conversion goals, and the one thing your site needs to accomplish above everything else. The session shapes every design decision that follows.

Site Strategy Brief

A written document delivered before design begins, summarizing: your positioning, audience, content priorities, and page-by-page intent.
You and I are fully aligned before a single pixel is placed. No mid-project surprises.

Design

Mockups

Key pages designed in Figma before development begins. You see the visual direction, provide feedback, and formally approve before we move to build. This is your most important checkpoint — and your strongest protection against a build that goes sideways.

Custom Graphics + Visual Elements

Original graphics, icons, and visual frameworks designed specifically for your organization. Not sourced templates. Not stock illustrations repurposed. Visuals that are actually yours.

Development

Wordpress Build

Up to 8-pages
Fully responsive, mobile-optimized, built to reflect the approved strategy brief and Figma designs. Clean code, fast load, built to professional standards.

Conversion Focused Layout

Page structure and calls-to-action designed to guide distinct visitor types toward a specific outcome. Funders move differently than clients. Partners move differently than program participants. The site accounts for that.

Blog / News Section Setup

Structure and templates configured. Up to 3 existing posts migrated or formatted if you have content ready to go.

Intermediate On-Page SEO

Page titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image optimization, and schema markup for key pages. A foundation that gives search engines something real to work with.

Integrations & Launch

Forms (Up To Two)

Contact, inquiry, intake, or application forms — configured, tested, and connected to wherever they need to go.

One Third-Party Integration

Your site connected to one external tool — email marketing platform, CRM, scheduling tool, donation processor, or equivalent. Configured and tested before launch.

Pre-Launch QA

Full review of links, forms, speed, mobile rendering, and browser compatibility before anything goes live.

90-Minute Handoff Session

Live walkthrough with you and any relevant team members, plus a recorded screen capture for onboarding future staff. You understand what was built and why — not just how to use it.

30-Day Post-Launch Support Window

For questions, minor fixes, and anything that surfaces after launch. Does not include new features or content changes — those are scoped separately.

Narrative matters as much as design.

At this tier, content isn't just copy on a page — it's the difference between a site that looks strategic and one that actually is. The Content Development Add-On covers copywriting for all eight pages, image sourcing, creative direction, and headline and CTA review for conversion intent.
Furthermore, managing content is central to controling the timeline. Projects that use this add-on launch faster and with fewer revision cycles.
  • Add-on: $1,800 – $2,200

How we keep the project moving 📌

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included per phase — Figma mockup and development build. The Figma phase is your primary design checkpoint. Substantive structural changes after development begins are scoped as a change order. Additional revisions quoted within 48 hours of request.

Content

A content due date is established in your project agreement — typically within 7 business days of the Strategy Alignment Session. Missing the deadline by more than 5 business days pauses the project. Content submitted after Figma approval that requires significant restructuring restarts the design phase and will be scoped as a change order.
The Process

Structured so nothing gets lost.

Step 1.

Strategy

A 90–120 minute working session. I come prepared. We cover positioning, audience, goals, and intent. You receive a written Site Strategy Brief before anything is designed.

Step 2.

Proposal & Agreement

Written scope confirming deliverables, timeline, content deadline, and investment. You sign, pay the deposit, and we're in motion.

Step 3.

Mockup & Design

Key pages designed visually before development. You review, provide feedback, and formally approve. This is the checkpoint that keeps the build on track — and the moment where your input has the most leverage.

Step 4.

Build

Development follows approved designs. Staging site shared for review. Feedback in one organized round — not a thread of scattered messages.

Step 5.

Launch & Handoff

QA complete. Site goes live. 90-minute handoff session with your team. 30-day support window begins.

What "Credibility" means

Credibility is about positioning, meaning your site knows who it's talking to — and says the right thing to the right person at the right moment. While that might sound obvious, solid positioning rarely happens by accident.
Most web developers build what you ask for. I build what you need, which sometimes means telling you when a page isn't working, when a headline is underselling you, or when what you think you want isn't what your audience actually needs to hear. This brand of pushback is valuable, and baked in.
You're hiring someone who holds strategy and execution together in one relationship. Not as a feature, but the whole point.
